All of our multi-day bike trips are private custom trips. Our home range for guided bike trips is from Carmel/Big Sur through San Luis Obispo County and down to Santa Barbara, but we've also done many custom bike trips in Napa/Sonoma and in the Southwestern states (Utah, Arizona, New Mexico), as well as longer coastal trips from San Francisco to Los Angeles. We've worked with group sizes from 2 to 80 people. Because we know the area so well, we can coach you through your options and put together a custom bike trip proposal for you in a jiffy. Here are some of the ways we can put together a custom bike trip for you:

1. We create an all inclusive package for you, including accommodations and meals. This often works best for larger groups and/or business groups interested in keeping things simple.
2. We create a custom itinerary for you and run the activity portion, but you book accommodations and restaurants (based on our recommendations, if you would like). Our base cost for a day's worth of custom activity is our daily charter fee, which starts at $400-550 per day (to be split among the group). This is the option many small groups (i.e. 2-6) choose if the group organizer can spend the time to book hotel rooms.
3. We book you on a series of day trips listed on our website and make accommodation and meal recommendations. This is the least expensive option for parties of two.

We've created a series of sample itineraries based on previous trips we've done. Please contact us for prices of any of these itineraries. Depending on the level of accommodations chosen, a full package (including all accommodations and meals) for a five or six day trip with us can range from $1500 to $4000 per person. Because our overhead is so low and we know the area so well, our rates are often lower than an equivalent itinerary with a larger bicycle touring company.

We feature Norco Performance Bikes. You have the choice of a hybrid bike with upright handlebars or a road bike with drop (racing style) handlebars. Both bikes are designed for efficient travel on the road and have Shimano components. Both styles have a map case attached to the handlebars and the hybrids also have a rear rack bag to store gear.
