Multi-day and custom trip reservations are best made via phone (888-873-5610) or by submitting our Custom Trip Questionnaire. Minimum size for all trips is 2 people.

Reservation requests will be processed no later than 6:00 pm Pacific Time on the next business day after you submit this form. If we are able to accommodate your request, an email confirmation packet will be sent with confirmation of the credit card transaction. If we need some more information from you (i.e. for bike rentals) we will ask for this information in the confirmation email or call you directly. If we are unable to accommodate your request, your credit card will NOT be charged and we will contact you with other possible options, usually alternate dates or alternate trips. I have read the cancellation policy and agree to it. Cancellation policy must be reviewed to submit a reservation. Cancellations by Us Once you have received a confirmation of reservation from us, we make every effort to run the trip. However, occasionally we need to cancel a trip and we reserve the right to do so. If anyone has signed up for a trip that we cancel, we will notify them promptly and offer a full refund or the opportunity to transfer to another trip. If we cancel a multi-day trip, it will be a minimum of 30 days prior to the trip. If we cancel a day trip, it will be a minimum of 7 days prior to the trip. Central Coast Outdoors is not responsible for any expenses incurred in preparation for any cancelled trips, including air fare. Cancellations by You If you have to cancel a trip for any reason, the following refund schedule applies, except for bad weather on a day trip - see below. Multi-day Trips Days Prior to Start Cancellation Fee/Person 31+ Days $20 11-30 Days Full Deposit Amount 0-10 Days Full Cost of Trip Day Trips Days Prior to Start Cancellation Fee/Person 8+ Days None 4-7 Days $15 0-3 Days Full Cost of Trip There are no refunds for leaving a trip early or for not using any of the services that are part of the trip. If you want to transfer to another trip, you may do so free of charge for multi-day trips more than 30 days prior to the trip start and free of charge for day trips more than one day prior to the trip start. Within these time limits, the above cancellation amount applies. Cancellation Policy Due to Bad Weather If the weather is really bad on the morning of a day trip, you have three choices. First, continue with the planned activities (perhaps with alternate activities worked in). Second, transfer with no additional fees to the same trip in the future. Third, cancel entirely with a $15 per person cancellation fee. We always wait until the morning of the trip to make this decision because weather forecasts are not always 100% accurate. If the weather is so bad that it is a safety issue, the guide will cancel the trip and there will be a full refund.
